Fees depend on document volume, risk, data quality and the agreed scope. Work begins only after the client approves the quotation.
Start-up
For new or small businesses: initial procedures and records, recurring tax filings, invoice guidance and basic support.
Ongoing support
For operating businesses: review of records and filings, regular management reports, receivables, inventory, assets and risks.
Specialist project
For focused reviews, internal control or restructuring: assessment, procedures, authority matrices, training and implementation support.
- Household businesses with few transactions: from VND 400,000/month.
- Businesses with few transactions and basic compliance needs: from VND 600,000/month.
- Operating businesses with up to approximately 60 invoices: VND 1.2–4.5 million/month.
- Reviews and consulting: from VND 5 million per engagement or project, depending on scope.
Indicative rates only; the formal quotation follows assessment. Recurring accounting covers tax filings, entries, records and annual reports when complete documents are supplied on time. Invoicing, payroll/social insurance, inventory/costing, banking, loan records and related-party transactions are optional. VAT, government fees, software, digital signatures, printing, travel and accommodation are excluded.
